Strategic Planning & Implementation

How do we lead a congregation to be faithful to the mission God has put before us when the world is changing so radically?* As an add-on component to the Assessment, the leadership of the church will be assisted with the development of a strategic implementation plan to specifically address major areas of concern noted in the Church Health Assessment Report, and how to navigate the changes needed. Executive coaching is available to lead the church through a monthly review of progress and management of the implementation plan. This monthly review will be done remotely using video conferencing, but may include up to two additional visits on site, if desired.
